Why is CRYPTO BOT not buying any coins at the moment?
CRYPTO BOT only buys when a buy signal is detected for a coin and when the market is in an uptrend. If the market is in a downward trend then CRYPTO BOT will automatically pause the buys. As soon as the market starts to rise again, CRYPTO BOT will resume buying
How does optimizing sales work?
By optimizing sales, CRYPTO BOT will try to wait for the peak that follows after reaching the set profit percentage and then place the sell order shortly afterwards. When optimizing sales is deactivated, CRYPTO BOT will immediately create the sell order as soon as the set profit percentage is reached
How does take loss work?
Loss is only taken on long-term positions, where the set percentage is exceeded and where the profit of the selected profit period covers the loss. Please note, a take-loss order is placed as a market order, the profit of the selected profit period can therefore be slightly below 0
How do long term-positions work?
A position becomes long-term when the set time period for a long-term position is reached relative to the last purchase of the coin. If the long-term position is in profit, a long-term position can be sold at any positive profit percentage. If the long-term position is at a loss, a take-loss can be executed when the set take-loss percentage is reached and the profit of that day covers the loss
How does the security level work?
When using the security level, CRYPTO BOT will automatically sell (all coins for which sells are allowed) when the total wallet value falls below the set amount. When performing a security sale, general buys are automatically deactivated (market-specific settings are not adjusted). Get back in as soon as the market starts to rise again and skip the dip!
Can I reserve/secure credit?
By reserving credit in your purchase settings you can exclude the specified credit for the CRYPTO BOT. The reserved credit will not be used by CRYPTO BOT to make purchases
How do the min and max purchase value work?
CRYPTO BOT may only place buy orders for an amount that falls between the set minimum and maximum buy value. For example, a specific buy amount or a buy range can be specified per coin/market to balance your portfolio as desired
Is it possible to trade specific currencies?
By using the market-specific settings you can override the general buying and selling settings per currency/market. For example, it is possible to exclude coins from buying and/or selling, or to sell a specific coin/market only at a higher winning percentage
How is the current market trend determined?
By analyzing and combining data from different exchanges every 5 minutes (such as the traded volume and the total value of crypto), the market trend is determined
Do I have to deposit money on the CRYPTO BOT platform?
No, CRYPTO BOT makes purchases with the credit that is on the exchange (or is released by selling previously purchased positions)
Can I continue to trade manually alongside CRYPTO BOT?
Manual trading remains possible. You can either buy and/or sell manually. Note, CRYPTO BOT also sells manually purchased coins if allowed. To exclude coins from CRYPTO BOT you need to use the market specific settings
Why has my order been canceled?
CRYPTO BOT cancels both buy and sell orders automatically. For sell orders, this happens when there are no buyers for the requested price. For buy orders, this is the case when there are no sellers for the price offered

What should I do if CRYPTO BOT has insufficient permissions?
When CRYPTO BOT has insufficient rights, the account information cannot be viewed and/or orders cannot be created. Adjust the linked API-Key by granting rights to the options for viewing account information and placing buy- and sell-orders
CRYPTO BOT has a billing period that corresponds to each month. For example, the previous month is invoiced every 1st day of the month
How does the maximum deposit work?
The maximum deposit indicates how much credit CRYPTO BOT is allowed to trade automatically on the exchange. As an example, a subscription with a maximum deposit of €1,000 over 10 positions has a maximum purchase value of €100 per position. When a coin is bought for more than €100, CRYPTO BOT will no longer be allowed to buy this coin untill the coin gets sold
How does the performance discount work?
Different performance discounts apply for selected subscriptions. If the monthly profit is less than the cost for the subscription, the performance discount is applied to reduce the subscription cost for that month
What is the cancellation period for a subscription?
The cancellation period of a subscription is 1 month. If the subscription is canceled on the last day of the month, only that same month will be invoiced
Do the subscription prices include VAT?
The subscription prices on the website are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise
